Yes. All water main, sewer, and storm drainage work in Florida requires a county or municipal permit. Our team manages the full permit process, from application to final inspection. No work starts until permits are approved.
The lateral connects your property to the municipal sewer main at the street or property line. We install both. The scope depends on your site conditions and the county’s requirements at the connection point.
Most residential connections take 3 to 7 days of active work. Total timeline including permitting is typically 3 to 5 weeks. Municipal scopes vary by project size and multi-agency coordination.
We serve South Florida and are licensed statewide. We have executed documented projects in Orange, Osceola, Polk, Lee, and Sarasota counties, and work directly with municipalities across Central Florida and the Gulf Coast.
Photos of each phase, permit records, county inspection certificates, and as-built drawings where required. Everything is documented before closeout.
